Insurance & Billing FAQ
Will you submit claims to my insurance?
Yes. As an in-network provider, claims are submitted on your behalf after each session. You will receive an explanation of benefits directly from your insurer outlining any remaining balance.
What should I bring to my first session?
Please have your insurance card ready so we can confirm policy details. We also recommend contacting your insurer in advance to ask about copays, deductibles, and session limits.
Do you offer superbills for out-of-network coverage?
If we are not in-network with your plan, we can provide a detailed superbill so you can request reimbursement according to your out-of-network benefits.
When are payments due?
Copays, coinsurance, and self-pay balances are due at the time of service. Secure payment links make it easy to pay right after your appointment.
